Public Offer Agreement

1. Introduction

1.1. This document is a public offer to conclude an agreement under the terms set forth below and governs the relationship between Sole Proprietor Olena Volodymyrivna Bilyk (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and an individual who accepts this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

1.2. This offer is posted on the website https://anelokforkids.com and must be read before placing an order. Acceptance of this offer constitutes a contract in simple written form, governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. “Buyer” – an individual who has entered into an agreement with the Seller under the terms of this offer.

2.2. “Materials” – electronic didactic resources, educational materials, courses, and other digital products available for download and use.

2.4. “Offer” – this public offer agreement that defines the terms for purchasing Materials.

2.5. “Acceptance” – full and unconditional agreement by the Buyer to the terms of this offer.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to the Materials in digital format, and the Buyer agrees to pay for such Materials under the terms of this offer.

3.2. The moment of contract conclusion is the moment the Buyer accepts the offer, confirmed by placing an order on the website.

4. Order Process

4.1. The Buyer independently places an order via the “cart” on the website.

4.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information, including contact details and a valid email address.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the Buyer or for any consequences resulting from an incorrect email address.

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1. Payment is made via payment systems offered on the website (e.g., WayForPay).

5.2. Upon successful payment confirmation, the Buyer receives a download link for the purchased Materials in their personal account on https://anelokforkids.com.

5.3. All Materials are delivered electronically. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5.4. Download access to the purchased Materials is valid for 3 days from the moment of purchase.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Seller agrees to:

• Provide access to the Materials after payment is received.

• Ensure that the Materials match the descriptions provided on the website.

6.2. The Buyer agrees to:

• Not use the Materials for commercial purposes or share them with third parties.

• Use the Materials exclusively for personal or educational purposes.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is not liable for Internet failures or disruptions that may affect access to the website or the ability to download Materials.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for unauthorized use of the Materials by third parties if such use results from negligent storage of their login or access information.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Seller’s website.

8.2. By registering on the website, the Buyer agrees to receive promotional and informational emails to the address provided.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All Materials available on the website are the intellectual property of Olena Volodymyrivna Bilyk and are protected by law.

9.2. The Buyer is not allowed to modify, copy, or publicly distribute the Materials without the Seller’s written consent.

10. Other Terms

10.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

10.3. This agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in force until all obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
